Posted by Carl Ericson on Tuesday, October 6th, 2009 at 4:44pm.Take a look the the residential real estate statistics for the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Board of Realtors. The stats look good overall. Overall sales were down slightly in both September and the 3rd quarter, but average price and median sales price were up while looking at both time periods. Days on market were slightly higher, but only by about a week to a week and a half longer than a year ago. It looks like the market is holding up well as we move in to the last few months of 2009. Average Sale Price of $134,961 in 2009 compared to $111,250 in 2008

Days on Market (DOM) 75 in 2009 compared to 64 in 2008
