are the inventory levels for housing in Waterloo.&nbsp; Overall, inventory levels in Waterloo are slightly
low, averaging 4.64 months. This means that if no more homes came on the market
it would take 4.64 months to get rid of the entire current housing inventory on
the market based on the number of sales from the past year (January 1,
2009-December 31, 2009). &nbsp;&nbsp;A market that does not favor buyers or sellers

latest statistics from the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Board of Realtors for December
2009, the 4th Quarter of 2009 and entire 2009 real estate

with sales, median and average sales prices all being up in December and in the

Take a look the the residential real estate statistics for the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Board of Realtors.&nbsp; The stats look good overall.&nbsp; Overall sales were down slightly in both September and the 3rd quarter, but average price and median sales price were up while looking at both time periods.&nbsp; Days on market were slightly higher, but only by about a week to a week and a half longer than a year ago.&nbsp; It looks like the market is holding up well as we move in to the last few month... ]]> </description>
