Skogman Homes is looking to finish 2009 as the best year in its 7 year history IN THE CEDAR VALLEY. To reach these levels, Skogman Homes is offering spec home incentives to home buyers on the next 4 spec home/condo sales that close in 2009.

Skogman Homes is now offering a discount up to $10,000 on the next 4 spec single family homes or condos that close in 2009. A $10,000 discount will be provided on this year’s Parade of Homes entrants located at 1715 and 1805 Quail Ridge Road if either is one of the next 4 sales and closes in 2009. A $5000 discount will apply to any of the other spec homes or condos listed below that are one of the next 4 sales and close in 2009.

These incentives coupled with a potential tax credit from the newly extended & expanded home buyer tax credit could allow for a great equity building opportunity!
