Following a good start to the year the real estate market in Cedar Falls, Waterloo and surrounding Cedar Valley communities stayed strong. Sales were almost identical to the same period a year prior with prices and days on market better versus 2nd quarter 2012. Median sale price was $122,075 in 2013 compared to $122,500 in 2012 – remained unchanged
Days on Market were 42 compared to 70

Average Sale Price was $147,562 in 2013 compared to $138,033 in 2012 – increase of 7%
Median Sale Price was $126,500 in 2013 compared to $127,250 in 2012 – decrease of 1%
